I have been doing some kind of practice for several months. Usually three or four quick sketches in hour and half. The main reference is BBC plant the earth. they have some really good reference for landscape and animals. Want to learn how to use color and how to painting something in photoshop without replying on layer effects and color dodge thing. Layer effect is very efficient and powerful but sometimes it will also makes painting very compueter look and very generic.
